As Director of Store Design for SeoulSpice, Indira brought the Wicker Park location—the brand’s fourth rollout—to life. She led the project from early design through construction, coordinating furniture and millwork procurement, MEP systems, and kitchen design along the way. She also found thoughtful opportunities to reduce costs, helping refine a more efficient unit model without losing the character of the space.

At the heart of the restaurant is a 40-foot mural, developed in close collaboration with SeoulSpice’s in-house graphic designer. Bold, gritty, and full of energy, it reflects the creative spirit of Wicker Park. Indira also worked with the graphics team to create custom artwork for the back hallway, directed the professional photoshoot, and curated every decorative detail—bringing the entire space together.
